Refund Policy for Life Coaching Services

Thank you for choosing WWW.TheLifeSupportCoach.Com and or The Life Support Coach Life Coaching and Consulting Company for Life Coaching and Wellness services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services purchased through our website.
1. General Policy
Due to the personalized and time-based nature of life coaching services, all sales are generally final. However, we aim to be fair and transparent and may offer refunds under specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Coaching Sessions (Single Sessions)
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling due to reason for cancellation.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
Failure to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the session without a refund.
3. Coaching Packages or Programs
Refund requests for multi-session packages or programs must be submitted within [7–14 days] of purchase and before more than [25%] of the sessions have been used.
If eligible, refunds will be issued pro-rata for unused sessions, minus any administrative fees.
Once more than [25%] of the program has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
4. Digital Products and Resources
If your services include downloadable materials, courses, or digital content: All digital product sales are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law. If you experience technical issues accessing content, please contact us for assistance.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds or credits may be considered in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances at our sole discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.
6. Processing of Refunds
IF approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original method of payment.
